​The parties to this MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT are the service provider Puotirundi and the member joining.

1. GENERAL

The terms and conditions are part of the Puotirundi membership agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership Agreement”), which is drawn up between the company/group of companies that has entered into the agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) and Puotirundi.

2. PUOTIRUNDI MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership is valid for one calendar year at a time, after the member has paid the membership fee (one-off fee) and the annual fee upon joining. The member must terminate the membership no later than two months before the end of the year, so that the membership fee for the following year is not charged. If the member terminates in the middle of the year, the membership fee for the current year will not be refunded.

2.2 The member is obliged to pay the annual fee to Puotirundi according to the valid price list by the due date.

2.3 Membership is company-specific or company cluster-specific. Membership is not transferable to another company or company cluster.

2.4 Membership includes

Introduction of the member company / member company cluster on the Puotirundi website and in map searches

The member gets Puotirundi's graphic look and logo originals for use.

The member gets Puotirundi stickers (2 pcs, diameter 30 cm) as a one-off item

The member gets Puotirundi postcards as a one-off item to give to customers (100 pcs, size A6). Additional postcards can be ordered twice a year in March and September for an additional price of €0.50/pc. Puotirundi reserves the right to change the price of the cards.

The member gets Puotirundi's social media post on Facebook and Instagram. Puotirundi reserves the right to make social media posts with content that best serves the entire community.

The member becomes part of Puotirundi's electronic paid joint marketing, the marketing is mainly for the benefit of the entire community. Puotirundi reserves the right to select companies and images for marketing in the interest of the community.

2.5 Membership gives the member the right to use Puotirundi's partnership logo on their own websites and social media. On websites, Puotirundi hopes that the partnership logo will be placed on the homepage and on social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) the partnership logo may not be used as the main image so that the content does not mix with the official Puotirundi content. The member must display the Puotirundi stickers they receive in their store and distribute Puotirundi postcards according to the instructions.

2.6 The member is aware and accepts that the administrators of Puotirundi also have other businesses and, for example, 24/7 customer service is not available.

3. MEMBER INFORMATION, MEMBER INFORMATION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 By signing the Membership Agreement, the Member agrees that Puotirundi may send its members information about new services and current affairs to the postal and/or e-mail address provided by the Member. However, the Member may at any time prohibit the sending of messages.

3.2 The Member agrees that Puotirundi may register, store and process personal data concerning the Member (for example, contact information and payment information) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR. The purpose of collecting the above-mentioned data is to administer and take care of the membership in the best possible way, and to inform the Member about current affairs at Puotirundi, etc.

3.3 The Member's data will not be disclosed to third parties without the Member's written consent, with the exception of disclosures based on law.

4. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership is valid for one calendar year at a time and termination must be made in writing to Puotirundi 2 months before the start of the new period. Puotirundi may terminate membership if the Member clearly violates the common rules.

5. AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Puotirundi has full right to make changes and developments. The nature of the Puotirundi brand includes actively developing and improving operations and operating methods, and therefore Puotirundi reserves the right to make changes that improve the functionality of the business concept on a general level.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 Finnish law applies to the membership agreement.

6.2 Disputes between the Member and Puotirundi will be resolved through discussion. If no agreement is reached, either party may refer the dispute to the district court for resolution.
