Customer register pursuant to §19 of the Personal Data Act
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent, legitimate interest or an agreement to which the data subject is a party.
The controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
contacting customers
contacting members
maintaining customer relationships
providing and producing the controller's services to customers
invoicing services in accordance with contracts and monitoring payments
The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The register may contain the following collected and stored personal data:

company owner's name

company's Facebook and Instagram
invoicing information
additional information related to the service order or customer relationship
Puotirundi (hereinafter referred to as the company) refers to the user in this register description and data protection policy, where the company means persons, customers, companies, entities, entrepreneurs and media visiting the site. The data is only retained for as long as it is appropriate for managing the customer relationship or is based on, for example, the Accounting Act on the retention of receipts.
PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION
The personal data in the register is used to contact users on the email list and to manage and maintain the customer relationship between the company and its customers. The user's personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
maintaining, managing and developing customer relationships
implementing services
verifying customer and visitor events
developing customer service, operations and websites
implementing opinion and market research
follow-up marketing using Facebook, Google and email marketing tools
marketing of products and services and statistical analysis and data analysis
implementing affiliate marketing
The user is informed about news and current events on the websites in accordance with the Personal Data Act. By using the services, the user agrees that the company may, if necessary, also send direct marketing, direct advertising, opinion, marketing research material and/or other comparable addressed mailings via email.
PAYMENT TRANSACTION INFORMATION
Only Puotirundi and Puotirundi Accounting Office are entitled to use Puotirundi's billing information. The information is only stored for as long as it is based on, among other things, to the Accounting Act on the retention of receipts. Customer and billing information is protected by a username and password and is located on monitored and protected servers.
REGULAR DATA SOURCES
Information about customers is obtained with the customer's consent from them personally, by email, by telephone, through contacts made via the website or social media. Information can also be obtained using cookies or other similar technologies.
REGULAR DATA TRANSFER AND DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU OR EEA
In principle, information is not disclosed to third parties. Information is not disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area. Information collected in the registers is not disclosed outside the company for marketing, sales, opinion or market research purposes. However, personal data may be disclosed to authorities in accordance with Finnish law upon request. The register is stored in an information system and is protected and located in such a way that unauthorized parties do not have access to the register data.
PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Finnish national legislation. Care is taken in the processing of the register and the data processed by the information systems are protected appropriately. Only those employees who need the information in question in their work duties have access to the register located in the system. The system can only be accessed with a personal username and password. The data is collected in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords or other technical means.
