Self-guided tour from Hämeenlinna
From Hämeenlinna to Pälkäne
Stop by Pälkäne on a Puotirundi tour ❤️

There are many Puotirundi destinations in the Pälkäne municipality!
When coming from Hämeenlinna, the first Puotirundi destination in Pälkäne is Suttisen Tila. There you can pick up seasonal delicacies from the farm shop and, if you still have the energy, enjoy an ice cream kiosk 😊 You can find wonderful crafts in the Vinttipuoti. For children, the farm has a stick horse track and a playground ❤️
Suttisen Tila is mainly open in the summer.
Spirraali is in the center of Pälkäne at Nuijantalo, a short walk from Suttisen Tila. Wire artist Noora has twisted the most amazing works of art from wire. There are cake, candle and flower decorations. Various cards and much more 😊 Now Nuijantalo also has an atmospheric Spirraali Art Café. So if you still have a craving for coffee, now there is a cure for that too 😍

From the center of Pälkäne, head towards Luopioinen. Soon, there is the Niitty-Seppälän Kesätori, a Summer Market with its farm shops, livestock yards, and a track for pedal cars 😊 and of course, there is also a café in Niitty-Seppälä. You will definitely be able to grab some strawberries and seasonal delicacies here 😍 There is also Kranssit.fi - a specialty store for wreaths and wreath accessories in connection with Niitty-Seppälä. Kranssit.fi also organizes courses. They also have yard and garden decorations 😊 So, everything you need for wreaths is worth buying from them 😍

Now there's a bit more of a journey to the next place. But the car journey goes smoothly while looking at the beautiful landscapes (...and eating those strawberries 😁)
In Luopioinen, on the old Mikkolan tila farm, there is an old barn building and Hilma & Olga is upstairs.
A craft center that hides a great yarn shop and a Finnish handicraft store.
At Hilma & Olga you can find yarn for several craft projects, gifts and souvenirs for various occasions 😍

From here head to a nice summer destination, the island on the shores of Lake Kukkiajärvi. In the atmospheric summer café of Isosaari you can enjoy savory and sweet pastries, including refreshments and ice cream. Try the popular crepes garnished with jam and whipped cream. The café's small shop sells souvenirs to take home and to friends. The selection includes nature-themed art, Finnish ceramics, candles, cards and notebooks.

There are so many places on this Puotirundi tour that we recommend Bobackan Pihatorppa for an overnight stay. This idyllic, peaceful accommodation is located in the Alvettula countryside. You can rent the entire pihatorppa or an apartment.
Doesn't that sound like a fun and great Puotirundi shopping tour?!
It's worth checking the opening hours on the places' own websites before you go on the tour 😊
The ready-planned Google Maps link to the tour is here:
All you need to do is head towards Pälkäne!!!
See you ❤️
